With export volumes growing steadily year after year, Sanyi Environmental Equipment has started an expansion project at its Jining manufacturing base. The upgrade adds new assembly lines, welding stations and a dedicated quality-control laboratory to keep pace with increasing overseas orders.

The expanded facility will increase annual output capacity and shorten average lead times for standard models. A new inspection area will house brake testing, load testing and dimensional checks before shipment, helping products meet regional import and safety requirements more efficiently.

"We are investing in capacity now so we can respond faster to partners in Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and beyond," said the plant director. "At the same time, we are keeping our manufacturer-direct pricing and transparent communication."

The project is scheduled for completion in phases, with the first new line entering trial production this summer. Sanyi will continue to welcome factory visits and video inspections from customers and distributors.
